Nexatrix Solutions didn’t start in a boardroom. It started with one principle that our founder, Aditya Parikh, learned over more than a decade in the IT industry: when you recommend the right person for a role, they perform. When you cut corners on vetting, everyone pays for it later.
Aditya spent years working across IT services and consulting — learning what separates a good placement from a bad one, understanding why some projects succeed while others spiral, and building a network of professionals he could vouch for personally. That experience became the foundation of AP Consultancy Services, an IT staffing practice built entirely on referrals and repeat business.
Over time, the scope of work grew. Clients who came for individual placements started asking about project delivery. Could we build a product? Handle a migration? Set up a DevOps pipeline? The answer kept being yes — and the results kept being good.
Nexatrix is the formalisation of everything that worked. Same rigorous vetting. Same relationship-driven approach. Same month-to-month model. Just more capability, more structure, and a brand that reflects where we are now.
Our 95% client retention rate wasn't a target we set. It's a byproduct of how we work — recommending the right people, being upfront when something isn't working, and never locking clients into contracts they don't need.
We're not trying to be the biggest IT company in India. There are plenty of those already. We'd rather be the one that a CTO recommends to another CTO — the kind of partner where the quality is consistent whether it's the first engagement or the fifteenth.
