IT staff augmentation for businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE. Vetted engineers with five or more years of experience, a 90-minute time difference and month-to-month terms.
India and the UAE are about as close as two tech markets get: a short flight, an hour and a half apart and the same working week. This page covers the practical questions UAE teams ask before hiring.
Many UAE companies already work with engineers from India, often through a patchwork of freelancers and outsourcing firms. Staff augmentation is the more structured version: senior engineers who join your team, use your tools and report to your leads, without you having to sponsor visas or set up local hiring.
Everyone we put forward has at least five years of hands-on experience, and you interview them yourself before they start.
India is 1.5 hours ahead of the UAE all year, since neither country changes its clocks. An engineer working a normal Indian day covers almost all of yours, so standups, reviews and ad hoc calls happen in real time.
Most UAE businesses now run a Monday to Friday week, which lines up with India. If your team works Saturdays or keeps a shorter Friday, we agree the schedule before the engagement starts.
You sign a services agreement with us, with a statement of work for each engineer. It works the same whether your company is on the mainland or in a free zone such as DIFC, ADGM or DMCC. The engineer is engaged through us in India, so there are no visas, labour contracts or local payroll on your side.
IP and confidentiality. The agreement assigns all work product and intellectual property to your company, and an NDA is signed before access is granted.
VAT. UAE VAT-registered businesses that buy services from abroad usually account for the 5% VAT themselves under the reverse charge. Your accountant can confirm how it applies to you.
Terms. Month to month, no lock-in and no exit penalty.

Tell Us the RoleThe UAE’s federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) allows transfers abroad with suitable safeguards, but its executive regulations had still not been issued at the time of writing. DIFC and ADGM each have their own data protection regimes, and some sectors, such as banking and healthcare, have extra rules on where data may be stored.
The practical answer is usually the same: engineers work inside your environment, on your cloud accounts and through your VPN, and data stays where you keep it. Where regulated data is involved, masked or test data is often the cleanest option. Tell us your constraints at the start and we’ll plan around them. Our security and compliance page sets out what we hold and what we don’t.
Most of our UAE conversations come from fintech and banking, real estate, logistics and retail and e-commerce. The roles they ask for most:
If your product needs Arabic and right-to-left interfaces, say so up front. It is a specific skill we screen for rather than assume. See all 72 roles, or the cost guide for how rates compare.
